Shipping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Shipping methods depend on your shipping location.  Available shipping methods will be displayed in your cart and during checkout.

How Long Until My Order Ships?

We ship same business day on all standard orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after the cutoff time will be shipped the following business day.  Personalized rings will ship next business day if placed before 2:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after the cutoff time will be shipped the following business day.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Order?

Shipping time depends on what shipping method is selected and can be viewed in your cart or during checkout.  

Do You Ship Internationally?

We ship worldwide!  You can see available shipping methods and calculate and compare shipping costs in your cart or during checkout.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, gift cards and PayPal.

Is My Payment Information Safe?

The short answer: Yes!  The long answer: Our payment processor has achieved the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.  If you would like to save your payment info for easy checkout on future orders your payment info will be encrypted with decryption keys stored on separate machines with none of your information ever being stored on our servers.

Do I Need an Account to Place an Order?

An account is not required to place an order as we allow guest checkout. For quick and easy reordering and for our latest deals and savings please create an account.

How Do I Track My Order?

We will provide your tracking number via email after your order has been shipped! If you don’t receive the email please check your spam folder.

Do You Offer Exchanges?

Absolutely! We accept exchanges within 60 days of the purchase date on all standard rings. We are not able to offer exchanges on personalized rings.

What’s Your Return Policy?

All standard ring orders are covered under our 60 day warranty which includes our no questions asked returns and our Perfect Fit Guarantee. We are not able to offer returns on personalized rings.
